The first pick up day for Market Day is Wednesday September 7th between 3:00 - 3:45pm!  Please order online by 11pm on Thursday September 1st.
Market Day is running two specials this month:  Free Jumbo Tote with any purchase and a free Apple Pie with any online $90 purchase.

If you have ordered from Market Day before, log into your existing account and place your order.  If you have not ordered from Market Day before, it is oh so simple! Just set your login, find St Catherine of Bologna (acct no 28691) and start your order!
Then...come on over to the Parish Center on Wednesday September 7th between 3:00 - 3:34pm to pick up your box of food.  It's that easy!

In January of this year, we started ordering from Market Day, testing the water.  Now, with the sixth and final sale for the 2010/2011 school year complete, I am thrilled to say that we raised just over $900!  Market Day has been easy to work with and the food has been delicious.  I think that everyone who orders can tell you they are addicted to something, whether it's the Breakfast Pizza or the Lasagna Roll Ups.  A special thank you to the volunteers that helped organize the food as it came off the truck-Mark Yonadi, Sylvia Paez, Nicole Gilbert and Diana Brown.   We are changing our day for next year's sale to Wednesdays, same time, same place.  In fact, the first sale of the year is going to sneak up on us very quickly!  The first pick up day is Wednesday September 7th.  Orders can be placed on line in August for the September delivery.  Thank you again for all your support and see you next year!!

We have completed our third Market Day and the process is just getting easier and easier!  Thank you to Sylvia Paez who came out to help this time.  We happily sorted through 154 items, taking notes on what looked good and what we were going to order for ourselves next time!

Through Market Day, we have already raised $473.85 for the HSA, with just three sales.  Not too bad for the minimal amount of work.  My girls are collecting all the Box Tops that we are getting from the Juicy Juice Apple Juice bottles, just waiting for another contest!  That's two ways to raise money for St Catherine's.

This month is a short one because of spring break, so we had to move the sale up a week.  Please get your orders online by Saturday April 9th.  We have until 11:59pm to place orders, so as soon as you get home from the Service Auction and you have St. Catherine's on your mind, place your order!!  Catalogs will be coming home in the white envelopes soon, so watch for them.  Pick up is on Friday April 15 at 3pm, in the Parish Center.  We could always use help sorting and distributing, so please contact me, Julie Sciaino at 201-694-2725 if you are interested!

 

Our second Market Day was as good as the first, but this time, no snow, thank goodness!
Our sale was just over $1600, earning the school just over $160.00.
The March sale is coming up quickly so put your orders in asap!
Remember, you can order anytime over the internet and it's so easy!
And...if you pay on line and give Julie Sciaino a call, we will deliver your order directly to your door!
Don't miss the March bonuses...with any $40 purchase you will automatically receive a Salt for All Seasonings and with any $90 or more purchase you will receive a FREE PORK TENDERLOIN!  (Make sure you enter marbonus as the promotion code to receive pork.)

Your orders should be in the backpack by Thursday March 10th or completed on line by Saturday March 12!  However, if for some reason you miss the March deadline (or any month's deadline), place your order anyway and it will be entered into the next month's delivery.
Orders will be delivered and are to be picked up on Friday March 18th, between 3:00-3:45pm.
And because the incredible Art Show will be going on during March pickup, please come to the Gathering Area of the Church to pick up your order.

We are always looking for volunteers to help sort the orders when they are delivered.  It's an easy way to earn 2 hours of service towards your school obligation.  Please let Julie Sciaino know if you have any time!  201-694-2725.

It was a snow day, but St. Catherine's first Market Day delivery went on!  Thank you very much to our volunteers, Mark Yonadi and Sylvia Paez.  And thank you to our very first customers!  There were 18 of you and you purchased just over $1500, allowing the profit for the school to be $150!  Thank you!!  The Market Day rep said that was fantastic for our very first sale. 

For the month of February, we will need volunteers again to sort through the products and fill the orders plus we will need volunteers to deliver orders.  That's right!  Starting in February we are going to be delivering your Market Day order, as long as you order online and pay by credit card!!  How cool is that?  Check your white envelopes and check back here for the latest information.  If you have any questions or want to volunteer, call Julie Sciaino 973-962-0747.
