Tuition and Registration
Tuition - Please call school for rates.
H.S.A. Dues: $200.00 or purchase of $4000.00 in Grocery Dollars and/or Gift Certificates.
STEM Fee: $125.00 each for the first student, $100.00 for the second student and $60.00 for each additional student.
Activities Fee Grades K-8: $150.00 for each student. This includes the materials fee, class activity fee, insurance fee and testing/portfolio fee.
Service Hours: Twenty five hours of service per year in a variety of areas is required. "Protecting God's Children" program must be completed if working with children in any capacity.

Non-Discriminatory Policy: St. Catherine of Bologna School admits students of any race, creed, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded and made available to students at the school.
Registration is held in early Spring: Birth and Baptismal certificates are required, as well as proof of immunization at initial registration. A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 per student (new students only /non-refundable) is required at initial registration. Immunizations and physical examinations must be completed before the student can enter school in September. All children must be up to date with their immunizations.
Transfers: If you are transferring your child, notify the school at least two weeks prior to the date of the transfer. At that time, please advise us of the last day your child will be attending school and the name of the school to which he is being transferred. On the last day, please come to the school office for the official Transfer. Records will be forwarded directly to the receiving school upon their request.
Initiated by the Diocese of Paterson, all tuition payments are now handled by SMART Tuition Management. Please be advised there is a $38 service charge for this service. The service charge will be added to your first payment. Please be advised that SMART Tuition Management will charge a $30 fee for late payments. A payment plan is offered: a one time payment, 4 equal payments or 12 equal payments.
Financial assistance is available with consultation and approval from the Administration and Education Council. Documents, ie. current tax return, may be required.
